Weathering Resistant Steel SW-55G
Specification:GB/T 5293 SUN 1C1C
TB/T2374-2008 TH550-NQ-III
Introduction:
Submerged arc welding wire for 550MPa grade high-strength atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel used in railway vehicles.
Adding a certain amount of alloying elements such as Cu, P, Ni, Cr, Cu to the welding wire forms a dense and stable oxide protective film on the surface of the substrate after welding, which hinders the entry of corrosive media and has excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion.
Stable arc, easy slag removal, smooth weld bead.
Application:
Bridges
Construction machinery
Container
Railway vehicles
